How to use ?
It is important that you wash your hands for 40 to 60 seconds before handling the mask. Touch only the rubber bands of the mask and put it over your nose and mouth, making sure that there are no large spaces between your face and the mask .
Handle the elastic bands in your ears and pinches the nose piece, so that it is properly adjusted to the nose. Always avoid touching the front of the mask. And in case you touched it, wash your hands .
When you decide to remove the mask, wash your hands being careful to touch only the elastic bands (or rubber bands). To dispose of it, put it in a tightly closed plastic bag in the trash and, finally, wash your hands.
